Self-Collection
You can collect your order at 60 Ubi Crescent #01-06 at your selected date & time.

Delivery Fee
Flat rate $15 islandwide, excluding restricted areas.

Delivery Areas
We deliver across mainland Singapore, excluding:
Jurong Island, Airline Road, Changi Airbase/Cargo, PSA (Free Freight Zone), and military bases.

Delivery Issues
Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
If your order is late or incorrect, contact us via WhatsApp / +65 8859 7170 and we’ll resolve it promptly.

Peak Periods
(Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, CNY, Christmas)
Delivery fees and product prices may increase. Final pricing is shown at checkout.
